Now 35 years old, and have racked up quite a bit of experience in child care both as a lead toddler teacher & nanny. In my spare time, I like to run, play with my dogs, bake bread & cook! I love collecting plants & gardening. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about working with kiddos. Safety is my #1 priority. My second priority is making sure your child's physical and emotional needs are met. I will always get down to your child's level to understand them and make them feel validated and important. Allison is an amazing and very experienced childcare provider. She worked as a nanny for me for 2 yrs and she was invaluable to our family. She is mindful, conscientious, kind, creative and very organized. She was always punctual and she was very flexible to our needs. She communicated very well, is self-motivated and highly resourceful. She is an excellent driver, very efficient and she has a calm and consistent demeanor. She is very educated on child development and is very skilled in caring for neurodivergent children. Any family would be lucky to have her.
