Allison is an amazing and very experienced childcare provider. She worked as a nanny for me for 2 yrs and she was invaluable to our family. She is mindful, conscientious, kind, creative and very organized. She was always punctual and she was very flexible to our needs. She communicated very well, is self-motivated and highly resourceful. She is an excellent driver, very efficient and she has a calm and consistent demeanor. She is very educated on child development and is very skilled in caring for neurodivergent children.
