About Mark

Hi, I'm Mark! I'm currently finishing my Master of Science in Data Analytics at CUNY SPS. I also teach documentary filmmaking to high school students at the Educational Video Center in New York City, where I help students develop ideas, solve problems, and complete long-term projects. I've spent years working with young people in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I'm comfortable helping with homework, study skills, writing assignments, research projects, and general academic support. My background combines creativity with data and analytical thinking, so I enjoy helping students build confidence while finding approaches that work for them. Outside of teaching, I'm a filmmaker and photographer. I also speak fluent English and some French.
