About Marissa

Hi, my name is Marissa. I am a Penn State student who is striving to make a positive impact on children's lives! I have four years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 6 years old. I am energetic and currently working toward my Early Childhood Education degree who will be a senior in the Fall. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I follow parents' preferred communication methods and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing and doing crafts with children. I am more than willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. As well as any running any errand or taking a child to any fun activity. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. My Early Childhood Education coursework has provided me with a foundation in early child development. I look forward to bringing my passion and skills to your family, hoping to be there for anything you may need!
