About Marilee

Hi there! My name is Marilee. I've been providing care services for children and adults with (and without!) disabilities for the last 8 years. I am CPR/first aid certified and have experience with multiples- I myself am a twin! During this time I've done everything in my ability to ensure that those I'm caring for are entertained, safe, and happy. Through my career as a behavioral health technician I've found that I have a passion for caring for others and I love to spend my time with my clients learning new skills, maintaining previously mastered skills, and finding the fun in learning through play and humor! For those looking for care for their disabled loved one, I have years of experience with those who have challenges with severe interfering behaviors and am very familiar with the crisis cycle! Deescalation is one of my strong suits, I aim to encourage/teach communication whenever possible and to teach coping skills that help individuals to redirect from overwhelming emotions.
