Hi! I'm Megan, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I've worked with children ages 2-17 in homes, schools, and clinic settings. I am passionate about caring for children and creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. My experience has helped me develop strong skills in communication, patience, behavior support, and building positive relationships with children and families. While I cannot provide RBT services or act as an RBT while working as a caregiver, in accordance with professional guidelines, my background allows me to offer understanding, patience, and support tailored to each child's unique needs.
