About Maribella

I am currently in college, I was at the University of California, Santa Cruz and now I am transferring to either UCSB or Cal Poly Slo to get my bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. I have three years experience in tutoring students aging from 6 to 16. I specialize in the core subjects including, math, english, history, science and humanities electives. Throughout the past years I have had 8 students with all different needs and learning styles. I cater to every student's individual strengths, needs and learning styles. I also have experience with students who face learning curves and learning disabilities. As a psychology major I have learned an amazing foundation on how to care, analyze and further help students to get to the point they strive to be at. I am very passionate about making each student feel as confident, heard and comfortable as possible!
