About Maria

I'd describe my personality as kind, responsible and affectionate. I like working with kids because I like to be a positive part of their growth and development. I'm looking for a job that give me respect, kindness, understanding, and stability. I started working with kids when I was 20 years old so about 33 years ago. I work at a hospital for 16 years in the department of rehabilitation and physical medicine. I worked at an institute of special education and at the child development center with children from 0-6 years old. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family. Things to know about me is my english skills are low. My first lenguage is spanish, and I am a speech therapist. My skills include knowledge of child development, social and intelectual development, patience and tolerance. I have excellent references from my work with children. At the moment I am taking care of two children, I have been taking care of since they were six months until now. Thank you!
