About Rylee

I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I've worked with infant twins, supported a family with six children, and cared for kids in both home and group settings. My responsibilities have included creating safe and loving environments, planning age-appropriate activities, helping with routines, preparing meals, driving to activities, and assisting with household tasks. In addition to nannying, I've served as a Kids Minister and Childcare Coordinator, where I led volunteers, developed curriculum, and created engaging spaces for children to learn and grow. I've also worked as a summer camp counselor, leading fun programs that built confidence and teamwork. Altogether, these experiences have taught me how to balance care, structure, and fun, and I love supporting kids as they grow, discover new things, and feel truly cared for
