I also have a special-needs brother who I've worked with growing up my whole life, so I have worked with a lot of special needs children, and have babysat them as well which takes a lot of patience! Kaylee has been our sitter for 6+ years now and quickly became more like family. She is attentive, organized, patient, well-rounded individual, hard worker. She has experience with children of special needs as well, given that her brother has special needs which I believe is where her patience comes in. We also have cats and dogs which Kaylee has watched while house/per sitting at times. I would highly recommend Kaylee for any caregiving opportunities.
