About Marcia

Marcia was our nanny for 6 years until we moved out of the Bay Area. We miss her and know the next family who hires her will be so lucky. Marcia arrives to work ready to play and stayed focused on my children without distraction. She left her phone put away, didn't use videos to entertain my kids, stayed engaged with them throughout the day, playing, reading and talking with them. She provided a regular routine, prepared them warm, nutritious meals and ensured my toddler's safety by diligently cutting foods to smaller than choking size. She disciplined with a very calm, consistent and peaceful demeanor. She is more patient than a saint. The best thing about Marcia is the emotional warmth and connection she made with my children. She understands their emotional needs and is there for them in a loving way when Mom cannot be. She is gentle, imaginative, creative, sings and reads and cuddles.
