About Maliya

I bring over five years of combined childcare and child development experience, with a background that extends beyond traditional babysitting. My experience includes working as a Behavioral Technician, supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs, facilitating STEM-based and educational activities, and working in classroom settings with children of various ages. I also have hands-on experience caring for infants and a strong understanding of the importance of age-appropriate care, developmental milestones, and early childhood learning. I am currently pursuing studies in Social Work and Psychology, which further deepen my passion for helping others learn, grow, and thrive. I value creating an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, emotional development, and confidence while ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and understood.
