I was fortunate enough to grow up helping my mother take care of all 4 of my grandparents. From bathing to feeding, giving them their medication, taking them to their appointments, keeping them company, running errands and light house keeping. When I attended undergrad I started caregiving for some cash to pay for my tuition and it was so easy since I had been doing it for years with my grandparents. I have worked with people who had Alzheimer's, Dementia, paralysis, speech impediment, and others who were in hospice care. I am a fast learner- I know that not everyone is the same so if there's a skill that I have not yet learned but is required for your loved one please teach me- I pick up things quickly. I am a non-smoker & CPR trained.
