About Makila

I've always been passionate about helping children learn, grow, and develop. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for them to do so. With over a year of experience caring for children of all ages, I have the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of each individual child. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I love to play games and have fun with children. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules and routines, and I am always respectful of parents' wishes. I believe in open communication with parents and will always keep you updated on your child's day. I am also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and I have completed some high school coursework. I also have experience working with children who have special needs as well!
