About Hailie

I am a responsible, reliable, kind, patient, and caring individual who is very passionate for working with children. I am 18 years old(19 in September) and I graduated high school in 2025 and currently have 3 units in early childhood education, although I am enrolled and currently working towards completing my early childhood education certification. I have experience with childcare, including working at a preschool with ages 4 months to 5 years old, along with ages 5 and up coming into our care when public schools are on breaks. I specifically worked in the toddler room and closed the infant room every day. I also worked at a gym where they offered childcare while parents were working out. Although I have been babysitting since I was 12, my siblings (3 sisters), my cousins, and family friends. I am very family oriented and believe that every child deserves to have a caregiver who is compassionate and loving to them.
