I'm an experienced caregiver and Behavior Technician with three years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages, including those with autism and special needs. As of this year, I've worked in the Kent School District at Lake Youngs Elementary, where I provided 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students in a structured classroom environment. I hold a college degree, am CPR certified. My calm, patient, creative, and friendly nature helps me build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I prioritize open communication with families providing verbal updates at pickup and regular check-ins via text or phone call.
