I'm passionate about helping children. For 20 years I worked as a Behavior Therapist for children with autism and other developmental issues. My experiences included working with children ages 3-18-year-olds. As part of therapy I provided structure and routine for not only the children but also to their families. I also led a playgroup of 5 children focused on turn taking, problem solving and effective communication. For the past three years I've worked as a nanny and a tutor. I help with before and after school care, transportation, homework, snacks , and games. I'm active and love outdoor activities as well. As a tutor I taught reading to many special needs children with different curriculums. I also tutored a 1st and 3rd grader math and reading during Covid. Currently besides being a nanny I am also working as a household assistant. My current employer describes me as calm, consistent, reliable and steady.

Reena is an exceptional caregiver. She is fun, works hard, is reliable, and provides consistency and stability for the youth in her care. She is amazing with all kids, including kids on the autism spectrum. Any family would be lucky to have Reena to care for their children. Although I haven’t hired Reena through Care.com, she has babysat for my son since he was an infant.
