I am a compassionate and patient caregiver with over two years of hands-on experience working with special needs children, including nonverbal children. My longest role was caring for two nonverbal children ages 4 and 5. I have also worked with children ranging from infants to teenagers, giving me a well-rounded understanding of developmental stages and how to adapt care accordingly. I am especially attentive to communication differences, sensory needs, and routines, and I always strive to meet children where they are with understanding and respect. My goal as a caregiver is to provide a safe, supportive space where children feel comfortable and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
