I am eager to help your student unlock their full potential. I strive to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I vary my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I also encourage open communication about what methods work best. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate small successes. Communication is essential for understanding needs and building trust. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have some college experience and a car, and I am CPR and First Aid trained. I can help with courses in Math, English, Science, Dance, Study Skills, and History for elementary and middle school students. I would love to help your student succeed!
