About Madalyn

Hi! My name is Madalyn. I'm CPR and lifeguard certified, have a clean driving record, and can provide references. I'm great with pets (I have two cats). I'm moving to Bloomington at the end of June to pursue a PhD at IU and am seeking full-time summer work, plus part-time work starting at the end of August. I am a licensed teacher PreK-6th grade and have 7+ years of previous experience teaching public school kindergarten and in the daycare setting (lead infant teacher and PreK teacher). I hold a masters degree from Johns Hopkins, reading endorsement, and special education certification. I have previously nannied children aged 4 months- 10 years. I can provide care in your home or mine. I'm comfortable with light cleaning, cooking, and errands. I love outdoor time and age-appropriate activities, and I value early learning and developmental growth- your child will thrive in my care!
