About Valerie

I'm an enthusiastic preschool teacher during the school year, I'm looking for work this summer while school is out. I have the most experience with preschool aged kids but I work with elementary and middle school ages as well. I love everything about working with kids, inspiring their creativity, teaching math and literacy, teaching interpersonal skills, and most of all keeping them safe and happy! I believe kids learn best through fun environments and activities and it keeps them pretty entertained to boot! Working with kids is truly my passion I've worked with kids in some fashion pretty much my whole life. I have 5 younger siblings. I started babysitting at age 12 through my teens. In college I did multiple after school programs with kids. And currently I work full time as a prek teacher while pursuing a masters in early childhood education.
