About Miranda

I have worked as a Pre-k assistant teacher, babysitter and a summer camp assistant. I have babysat since I was about 15 years old. I graduated in 2018 with my bachelors degree. I taught pre-k for two years and have been babysitting and nannying in between. I am now working on my masters in clinical mental health counseling. I love and have cared for children of all ages, though have mostly cared for children above the age of 2 years old. I have provided transportation to and from daily activities, such as camp, sports practice, and school. I have planned fun activities, such as super hero mask making and fun movie nights. I can prepare a variety of kid friendly meals, some fan favorites have been tacos and creamy Alfredo pasta (don't worry, I try to always sneak spinach or some kind of veggie in). I am well-versed in working with a variety of learning styles and behaviors. I always meet a child where they are at, with a kind and empathetic heart and ear.
