About Mackenzie

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works in schools during the school year and is seeking a nanny position in Cincinnati for the summer. I hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have over 5 years of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs, ranging in age from 3 to 21. In addition, I have 5 years of experience teaching swim lessons to children ages 6 months through 16 years, giving me a strong background in water safety, behavior management, and engaging children with varying skill levels. I'm highly skilled in positive behavior support, communication development, routine building, and emotional regulation, while still making sure kids feel safe, supported, and have fun. I'm reliable, calm under pressure, and confident working with neurotypical and neurodivergent children. I enjoy creating structured yet playful days that support independence, learning, and confidence.
