About Hayley

Hello, I'm Hayley! I'm a dedicated child care professional with over a decade of experience supporting children's growth and development. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, which has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding children's emotional and social needs. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of creating safe, nurturing, and educational environments for children of all ages. In addition to my experience as a nanny and after-school care provider for elementary school children, I've also worked as a dance instructor, successfully managing and inspiring groups of kids ages 5 to 18. My passion for fostering creativity, growth, and confidence in children, combined with my strong organizational skills and educational background, allows me to offer both fun and structured care that benefits families.
