About Mackenzie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I believe every learner possesses unique strengths, and I strive to create an engaging, patient environment where these talents can flourish. By connecting complex concepts to real-world examples and celebrating small milestones, I help students build the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I prioritize open communication with both students and parents to ensure my methods--whether visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussions--perfectly align with individual needs. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe learning space. Whether we are working on Math, English, or test preparation, I find it incredibly rewarding to watch a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I look forward to partnering with your family to help your student achieve their academic goals.
