About Mackenzie

Working as a volunteer tutor the past 5 years, I have learned the importance of patience and diligence with children in helping them to learn and grow. I approach tutoring with effort fashioned to fit your child's specific needs proving support and encouragement throughout the process. I make sure to celebrate even the little accomplishments while I support them in excelling in a subject even more than they thought was possible. I also want to make learning fun by including interactive learning games. Holding a bachelor's degree in literature and journalism makes me most suited to support children in their reading, writing, and humanities studies. I am also well versed in elementary-middle school level math, science, and history.
