About Adika

I've worked as a writing tutor at the University of Maryland's Writing Center, where I helped college students with everything from brainstorming to polishing final drafts. I've also done freelance tutoring, supporting learners of all ages and skill levels--whether they're writing their first essay or prepping for a big exam. One of my favorite things is working with younger students. I bring a lot of energy, patience, and creativity to my sessions, and I'm great at making learning fun and engaging (yes, even grammar!). I meet students where they are and help them build confidence along the way. Whether it's one-on-one or in a small group, I create a relaxed, supportive space where kids feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks in their writing.
