Hi, I'm Lucas - a full-time, in-home caregiver in the SF Bay Area with credentials built for both neurodevelopmental support and elder care. I hold the IBCCES Autism Certificate and completed ABA therapy training for autism, plus coursework in autism education/intervention, learning techniques, and communication support. On elder care, I've completed certifications in geriatric nursing, aging & physical activity, elder nutrition, art therapy for seniors, and dementia/Alzheimer's care. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and work full-time, five days a week - reliable, hands-on, and attentive as a primary occupation, not a side gig. Outside caregiving, I referee Muay Thai at the state level for ISKA, which demands composure and split-second judgment under pressure - skills I bring directly into caregiving.
