My approach is nurturing, routine-focused, and safety-minded, with plenty of time for play, reading, and age-appropriate exploration. I have hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers, including current paid childcare experience, in addition to parenting, as well as previous work in structured, child-focused settings. I'm comfortable with diapering, feeding, naps, big emotions, and supporting safe exploration throughout the day. Care includes meals and snacks, nap and bedtime routines, play-based activities, and light childcare-related cooking and cleanup.
