About Lissette

Hi! My name is Lissette and I've been a paraprofessional for the past 5 years, working closely with children with special needs. Growing up in a big family, I've been surrounded by kids my whole life, which naturally led me to providing child care from a young age. I bring a calm, patient approach to every situation and have experience with de-escalation techniques to help manage emotions and create a safe, supportive environment. I'm currently studying psychology to become a children's therapist. I'm passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel understood.
