About Olivia

I've always really loved working with children and helping them feel safe, supported and cared for. I currently work one-on-one with a child with Down syndrome at an elementary school, and I'm in college studying education. Working with kids is something I'm truly passionate about, especially helping them learn grow and feel confident. I have experience caring for children from toddlers to preteens and would describe myself as calm, patient, dependable and easy to communicate with. I love doing hands on activities with kids like crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and fun learning activities that keep them engaged and curious. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and keeping things tidy throughout the day. I know how important trust and communication are when it comes to childcare so I always want parents to feel informed and comfortable. My goal is to create a positive, peaceful environment where children are cared for and families feel supported. I'd love the opportunity!
