Hi, my name is Amya! I attend Chapel Hill and I love working with kids because it's always felt natural to me. I've built real experience through babysitting and youth soccer refereeing, where I learned how to communicate clearly, stay calm, and create a safe, positive environment. I'm patient, intentional, and creative, and I show up in a way that helps kids feel supported, understood, and confident. I lead with my heart and take pride in being steady, genuine, and reliable in any situation. I communicate clearly with parents, keep things organized, and handle fast-moving moments with ease. Outside of work, I like staying active, journaling, and doing things that keep me grounded and growing. I'm big on self-improvement and staying connected to the world around me, and I bring that same energy into every job.
