About Lisa

I'd describe my personality as supportive, positive, and encouraging. I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, build confidence, and feel proud of themselves. Connecting with kids has always come naturally to me, and I enjoy encouraging them through play, creativity, learning, and positive interaction. I started babysitting as a teenager and continued gaining experience as a parent when my daughter was born in 1998 and my son in 2002. In 2004, I opened my first The Little Gym location, where I spent nearly 10 years teaching children through classes, camps, sports skills, and child development activities. I'm analytical, a good judge of character, and naturally enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping others succeed. My strengths include child development, patience, communication, and confidence building. In my spare time, I enjoy family, home projects, the outdoors, and the pool.
