About Megan

Hi families! I'm Megan, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience supporting children with autism and other developmental and behavioral needs. I also hold my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and am passionate about creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where children can thrive. I have hands-on experience implementing behavior plans, building communication skills, and supporting social-emotional growth. I'm patient, dependable, and love helping kids gain confidence at their own pace. I'm also passionate about art and music and enjoy incorporating creativity into daily routines through crafts, sensory activities, and music-based engagement. I have my Class E license, reliable transportation, and am comfortable with school drop-offs and outings. I'm available full-time Monday-Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and would love to support your family!
