For as long as I can remember I've loved being around babies and children. As a 10-year-old, I became a big sister and it was a dream come true! Having the opportunity to actively participate in every aspect of child care from an early age provided me with an invaluable foundation of curiosity, patience, creativity and imagination that are now my compass for how I approach my job as a nanny on a day to day basis. Creating a safe space for children to learn and play while also being present, observant and engaged in ways that bring meaning and joy to their day is my top priority. Prior to nannying, I trained professionally in classical ballet and pursued a career in dance as well as studied holistic nutrition and completed my health coach certification. I also have a background in studying classical piano for over 10 years and love to incorporate music, singing and creative play on a daily basis.

We could not recommend Lily more. She provided the most loving, fun, safe, and attentive care to our 8 month old for two months. She is confident in her caregiving and communication, worked with us through some bottle feeding challenges, and was a calm and positive presence in our home. Our daughter adores her and we will look forward to staying in touch and having her continue to babysit in the future! 

We have had the pleasure of having Lily as our part-time nanny for the past ~2 years for our toddler between ages ~1yo - almost 3yo.  We are now in need of full-time care and we are VERY sad to see her go!  Lily is an experienced, responsible nanny who we would highly recommend.  Some particular attributes include:
1. Responsible- I never worried about my son when he was in Lily's care.  I knew he was safe and well cared for.
2. Reliable- She was always on time and provided ample notice for any vacation/sick days.
3. Professional- Professional communication, never on her phone except to send us a couple of photos/updates during the day.  She would notify us if she was taking our son to a new place, but was also independent and self-motivated in arranging activities for the day.
4. Active- My son has lots of energy, and Lily always got him out of the house a minimum of 1-2 times per day.
5. Calm- Lily was an amazing calming/leveling presence for my son.  She would always stay calm/modulated even when my son got upset and would provide lots of redirection, warnings, etc while also providing routine and structure.  
In sum, Lily was great and I would highly recommend her!

Lily is the most patient, kind, and engaged nanny we could ask for! We hired her to care for our 15 week old daughter and she's exceeded any expectation my husband and I had. Also, our daughter already adores her. Lily is AMAZING and I hope we have many wonderful years with her.

Lily is a truly wonderful nanny. She has been caring for our 8-month-old son since he was just one month old, and I felt comfortable leaving him with her from the very start. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful and patient. She is dependable, always on time, and willing to help with anything else I might need a hand with.  Lily's dedication to being an excellent caregiver is evident in the way that she actively engages with my son throughout the day - she plays with him, takes him for walks outside, and even brings him new books from the library each week that they read together. My son greets her with a huge smile every morning and clearly adores her. We feel very lucky to have Lily in our lives!

We hired Lily to care for our 3 month old and she stayed with us until he turned just 6 months. I could not say enough good things about Lily! She arrived exactly on time every single day. She would text me throughout the day with updates and photos. It made being away from my baby so much easier.  I always felt very comfortable and safe leaving my child with her. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and kept everything very organized. Our little guy just loved Lily!

We hired Lily to care for our 16 month old daughter for occasional date nights, right as our daughter was going through a stranger danger phase. We immediately felt comfortable with Lily because our daughter immediately felt comfortable with her, reaching out to be held the first time she met Lily. I was nervous about having a sitter, but Lily has eased my concerns and I feel assured when our daughter is in her care. 

I hired Lily for my 1 year old son after a phone interview. She is very professional and was caring toward my son. She has a really wonderful personality that is great with kids! I also enjoyed how well she communicated, including text message updates during her babysitting job. I highly recommend Lily!

Lily is very professional in her communication and demeanor. I trusted her immediately. She was very genuine and empathetic about my new mom anxiety. She interacted with our son well and she came highly recommended by two other moms I know. We will definitely use her!!! 

Lily has cared for my son many times in the last year. She is dependable, compassionate, self-motivated, flexible, punctual, and a great communicator. Lily was creative with planning activities, and nurtured my son's development without relying on electronics. She always went above and beyond anything I asked her to do. My son absolutely adores Lily, and I believe that is a true testament to her gift as a caregiver. She formed a quick bond with our family, and I immediately felt at ease with her. I cannot say enough great things about her. If I had a need for full-time childcare, I would not hesitate to hire her. 

My daughters enjoyed having Lily babysit a few times, but the last two times she was scheduled she cancelled each time a day ahead telling me she was sick, and then when I went to contact her to schedule another night, she had decided she was no longer interested in babysitting for us. She seems like a nice person but I guess she is looking for something specific with her babysitting jobs.

We interviewed Lily and did a couple of trials with her. We knew she was a great fit from the start. I especially appreciated that she was interested in learning our values around child-care during the first phone interview. She exhibits a natural comfort around children and shows genuine interest in them. She fit all of our primary requirements including, kindness, patience, understanding and reliability. She is also very thorough and conscientious. Unfortunately, we were not able to hire her full time because of schedule conflicts but we will definitely call her for date nights and for other random needs.

Lily is all the things you want in a nanny- she's smart, picks up on things quickly, always offers a helping hand, is naturally sweet and gentle and loving.  Our 15 month old son was smitten with her from the first day.  She had fun with him but also wasn't phased by crying or normal trials, such as diaper/clothing changes.  We only worked with her for about a week, at which point she realized she needed more hours than we could offer. But we loved our time with her and I think any family would be lucky to have her. She's a gem!

Lily worked part-time for us during the month of August and cared for our 3 month old son. She was amazing and made my transition back to work so smooth. I knew our son was in good hands from day 1 and would highly recommend Lily to any family as she was always on time and truly cared for our baby boy.  We couldn't say enough positive things about Lily!

Lily worked for our family for one month mid March - mid April 2018.  She was responsible for taking care of our then 10-month-old daughter.  Lily fit in seamlessly with our family, which was of great comfort to my husband and me.   She is extremely articulate, dedicated, and self disciplined, qualities that set a great example for our daughter and for the next children she nannies.  She is kind, patient, and devoted to a child's well being.

Lily was our nanny for several weeks as we transitioned to a different childcare situation.  She was wonderful with our two girls and is very sweet and professional.  She organized things around the house and assisted with picking up the oldest one from school.  My girls were always happy to see her and she kept them entertained with fun activities/outings.  I would definitely recommend her!

We had a great experience with Lily taking care of our 7.5 month old for date night. She was very professional, friendly, and responsible. 

Lily has been our nanny for about a month and a half now. She always has presented herself as very professional, reliable, and trustworthy. We have one child (one year old) and she is always very happy when we get home. Lily is very open with communicating and updates us throughout the day. Lily plays many games and activities, and even brings her own supplies (pencils, paint brushes, etc). This is a temporary position as we will be moving in December, but we wish we could keep Lily when we move! 

We interviewed Lily for our nanny position. She seemed very kind, honest, and hard working. We were really impressed with her and thought she seemed like a good fit with our family. Ultimately our schedules did not match up and we ended up hiring someone who lived closer to our location, but we did highly consider Lily.
