About Lena

My name is Lena, and I am a 33-year-old caregiver based in Pompano Beach. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing therapy to children with special needs ages 3-10. Through this role, I've developed strong skills in patience, behavior support, and creating structured, nurturing environments that help children thrive. In addition to my RBT experience, I have also worked with neurotypical children and truly enjoy supporting their growth through play, learning, and consistent routines. Previously, I was a nanny for a loving family for four years, where I cared for twins--managing daily routines, driving them to and from school and appointments, and assisting with household tasks such as shopping, cooking, and light cleaning. Beyond childcare, I bring over 10 years of experience as a professional chef in catering and fine dining.
