Hi! My name is Samantha, I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 2. 5 years of experience working with children. I am passionate about helping every child grow, thrive, and build the skills they need to become confident and independent. I specialize in working with children of all abilities, including those with special needs, and have experience in both school and clinic settings. I have experience with children ranging from infancy through age 11. As the oldest of nine children, caring for kids has always been a natural part of my life. I focus on creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment while supporting routines and reinforcing positive behaviors. My goal is to help children feel motivated and confident in their daily activities. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and open communication with families, and I strive to provide reliable, compassionate care.
