About Leila

Hello! My name is Leila (sounds like Lee-lah). I've moved to Spokane recently from San Diego. I love working with children and encouraging them to be creative, independent, and loving. I'm a creative person myself, some of my hobbies include crochet, drawing, and I love being outside! From 2021 to 2023 I worked as a behavior therapist for children with varying special needs from ages 3 to 18. From 2022 until about a month ago, I worked as a preschool teacher. I was mainly in the classroom with the 2. 5/3-year-olds but rotated occasionally to be in class with children up to the age of 5. I'd describe my personality as funny, understanding, and patient. I'm looking for a job that I will learn new things from while also using the knowledge that I've gained with my past experiences. I'd love to be a special part of your family life, no matter how big or small. I'm happy to help in any way I can!
