There are not enough words to express how amazing Ally has been for our family. When she started working with us, her integration into our lives was seamless. She quickly bonded with our daughter from day one, and continued to nourish that the entire time she was working with us. Her communication was clear and consistent from the beginning. She was thorough in her daily rundowns and always included fun updates and pictures from the day. Prior to Ally we had not had a Nanny and we were nervous, but Ally really exceeded our expectations. She not only was amazing with our kids but she quickly became a member of our family. She would still be working with us if I was continuing to work instead of staying home this year, but we love that our relationship with her has continued even after going our separate ways. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to not only find someone who will provide the best care for your family, but who will also go above and beyond your expectations. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!
