About Lea

I had the pleasure of supervising Lea as her director at a state-accredited early childhood education center in New Mexico. Although she was new to childcare when she applied, her gentle presence and genuine kindness stood out immediately—I hired her on the spot. From day one, Lea demonstrated an exceptional ability to connect with children of all ages, from 6 weeks to 12 years old. She showed remarkable patience, empathy, and love for every child in her care, including those with special needs and behavioral challenges. Regardless of age or circumstance, Lea approached each child with understanding and compassion, creating a nurturing and positive classroom environment. Lea’s dedication, strong work ethic, and natural leadership made her an invaluable part of our team. She would always be welcomed back to my center.
