Andrea is a dream Nanny- she’s super communicative, professional, responsible, experienced, hard working, and perhaps most importantly, really great with my baby. He lights up when he sees her and she helps work on speech development and other skills. He actually says words when she’s around but not when I’m around. She has been coming several days a week for 9 hours each day for the past few weeks so I’ve really gotten the chance to see her in action. Highly recommend.
