About Frances

Hi! My name is Franny. I'm a licensed elementary teacher in New Mexico with a bachelor's degree and graduate degree in Education, as well as training as a first responder. I have 3 years of experience working in early childhood and 2 years in elementary education, with additional experience in Montessori, outdoor education, and teaching art, as well as 1 year experience as a Nanny for a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old. I'm passionate about creating a warm, comfortable, and engaging environment where children feel supported to learn, grow, and have fun. I'm energetic, creative, and love getting kids involved in hands-on activities, art projects, imaginative play, and outdoor adventures. I'm also comfortable adapting activities to different ages, interests, and developmental needs.
