Hi, I am Leah!! I am a college student attending University of Maryland, College Park. I absolutely love children that range from all ages. I have been babysitting for about 3 years now with children that are from 0-13. I have first aid training and am CPR certified. I am looking for a part-time or full-time job that starts in the summer time! I am surrounded with children on a daily basis with the many younger cousins and nephews/nieces I have. I have also babysat for family friends and for people on this app! I have been working since I was 15. Currently, I am working at a retail job, dog walking, and of course babysitting! I am a super energetic person that can keep the kids having fun! It would be wonderful to be apart of this journey! :) I would really like this opportunity and am okay with last minute changes/adjustments. I will be more than happy to do an in person interview or talk over the phone. Looking forward to hopefully talking/meeting new families!

We are lucky to have met Leah. She was wonderful. Our 8 year old can be a bit reserved when meeting new adults. We were worried that she'd have a tough time seeing us leave while she stayed home. Our fears were unnecessary. Leah greeted our daughter warmly and dove right in to the art supplies we had out. She left no space for our kid to be worried. She also handled a delivery I botched with grace (I sent the order to the wrong address). She understood what had happened, and on her own, reordered and fixed everything. When we came home, our daughter was all smiles. She said she couldn't wait for Leah to come babysit again.
