About Lauren

I'm a compassionate and reliable caregiver with over 10 years of experience supporting people of all ages. Caring for others has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I value the relationships that come from it. I was the primary caregiver for my grandfather who lived with Parkinson's dementia, helping with meals, medication management, rides to appointments, companionship, art projects, and at-home physical therapy exercises. That experience taught me the importance of patience, dignity, and treating people with the respect they deserve. I've also cared for a wonderful woman living with multiple sclerosis, where I learned how important individualized care and emotional support can be. I hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education from the North American Montessori Center and have many years of nannying and babysitting experience. I'm passionate about health, nutrition, and helping people stay active both physically and mentally.
