With three years of experience, I'm deeply committed to supporting adults and seniors in maintaining their independence and well-being. My passion for caregiving stems from positive experiences in previous roles and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. I provide respite, live-in, and hospice care, along with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with dementia and mobility. I'm also trained in medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I create a comfortable environment for my care recipients. I have some college education.
