About Lauren

Hello! I'm Lauren :) A little about my childcare experience; I have over 10 years of diverse experience as a FT Nanny. I've cared for newborns to teenagers and feel completely comfortable caring for any age of kiddos. I prefer to work in longer-term positions, being present and fostering a sense of trust with both parents and kids is paramount for me. I have extensive experience accompanying families during international and domestic travel, sometimes for months at time. I also have experience blending in house management and personal assisting if there's need/space for it on top of childcare. My approach to childcare prioritizes nurturing, creativity, structure through routines, tailoring care to individual children's needs, presence, and education/enrichment. I love spending time in nature and try to incorporate nature walks, gardening, park trips, and anything else to get kiddos immersed in the outdoor world! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
