About Kara

Hi Parents and Guardians! My name is Kara. I am 35 years old and live in Portland, Oregon! I have been a nanny going on 16 years now (I can't believe it)! I have experience with children ages infant - 16 years old. Of course, job responsibilities have varied depending on the number and ages of children, but some of my skills include: Early Childhood Development, Infant Care, Routine Adherence, Development of Social Skills, Recreational Activities (love library time, OMSI trips, and fun outdoor activities!) Behavioral Modeling, Toilet Training, Light Housekeeping, and Maintaining Children's Safety. I am CPR/AED certified, Covid vaccinated, and I have a flexible schedule and can adapt to most scenarios quickly.
