About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and getting to know their unique personalities. Alongside nannying, I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background in psychology. My counseling work has given me a strong understanding of child development, communication, and emotional regulation, which I bring into my work with children. I'm patient and attentive, and I enjoy activities like playing outside, crafts, reading, exploring, and imaginative play. I value routines and consistency while making sure children have fun and feel comfortable being themselves. I'm also happy to help with meals, schoolwork, tidying up, transportation, bedtime routines, and other day-to-day needs. I'd love to get to know your family and see if I'd be a good fit!
