About Laurel Lee

I have been tutoring and supporting students in English for the past 3-4 years. I can help students with reading comprehension, writing, grammar, essay organization, and overall study skills (I can help with study skills in other courses). I took AP English in high school, wrote for my college student newspaper, and graduated from law school, where strong reading, writing, and analytical skills were essential. I also understand that academic success does not look the same for every student. Having learned how to succeed academically with dyslexia and ADHD, I have firsthand experience developing strategies to make reading, writing, studying, and staying organized more manageable. I especially enjoy working with students who may struggle with focus, reading comprehension, organizing their thoughts, time management, or feeling overwhelmed by larger assignments.
