About Laura

I have been working in health care for the elderly since 2020 and for these past few years I have worked in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care, and memory care. I am very passionate about spending time and taking care of the elderly in my community, and I love spending quality time along with assisting in daily living needs. I feel that I have a good attitude and get along well with older folks, and I absolutely love hearing about old stories and "back in the day" stories. I feel it is an obligation for the youth to care for the elderly, and I am glad I have been able to do so, and hope to continue to. At my previous jobs I completed training in dementia care, hospice care, medication treatments/management, light housekeeping, meal prepping, and solving many puzzles! In my spare time, I like to bake and cook, swim, go for walks, play music, and spend time with friends
