I am a patient, perceptive & nurturing person. In my free time enjoy reading, painting, & snuggling with my cats. As an aunt to three and an on-again off-again teacher, I'm as familiar to the joys and struggles of parenting as a non-parent can be! For nearly 2 years I worked at a Montessori as a floater, & then an assistant teacher with children aged 1-6. Prior to that, I was a teacher's aide to a first grade class in the Bahamas (where I'm from), and I spent 1 year babysitting in Asheville after leaving the Bahamas. I'm flexible and adaptable, and willing to follow your lead when it comes to household rules and schedules. I completed 3 years of college in NM, am CPR certified & have done some Montessori training. I am willing to help with cooking, meal prep & chores. Unfortunately, I am not comfortable doing pickups, drop-offs, or any driving with others' kids, as it feels high stakes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
